Mr. & Mrs. Jackson have sold their real property to Baylor University. They will be relocating to another area of Waco. They have commissioned Garner and Associates Auctioneers to liquidate their antiques, collectables, and home furnishings at PUBLIC AUCTION with NO MINIMUM OR RESERVE. Their 1900 Sq. Ft brick home, plus garden room will also be sold on sale day, subject to moving. This home will be offered as one lot. If it brings $1000.00 or more it will be sold. If it doesn’t bring that amount, we will strip it from the roof to the slab! Attention: This house becomes the property of Baylor University on October 15, 2009. It must be removed by that date.
