This is a very large storage building. That is literally filled to the roof. It is impossible to tell what actually is inside the building. The following is a description the owner gave us, to the best of her recollection. Come see us on sale, and let’s see what goodies we can find.

Directions: GPS cannot find this location. From Waco take IH 35 South through Belton. Turn onto Hwy 190 towards Killeen. Take the Simmons Exit and go under the overpass, then go straight. Rattlesnake Trail will be the first street on the left.  See MAP.

Removal: This estate is inside a storage building. Bring your trailers and come prepared to remove all items on sale day.

Auctioneer Note: We have lots of room so bring your lawn chairs if you desire. In the event of rain the owner will permit us to place these items in several other buildings. Also, bring some water, no caterer at this auction. The sale should last about two hours.

Ms. Roberson has commissioned Garner and Associates Auctioneers to liquidate her estate at ABSOLUTE AUCTION with NO MINIMUM OR RESERVE.
